Shelter Kit has been in business for over 40 years and builds simple house kits that come pre-cut, pre-drilled, and designed to be assembled by two inexperienced people. They come with an easy to understand construction manual as well as all the lumber, hardware, flooring, siding, roofing, trim, doors, and windows. Interior finishings are not included. They are also packaged to be easier to deliver to remote properties.
One of the best aspects of this kit system is that the owner can pick the modules they need, which gives the owner-builder the opportunity to design and personalize their home. They also sell kit porches and decks that are made to fit onto the house modules. Shelter-Kit Incorporated is located in Tilton, New Hampshire. See the Shelter-Kit website for more information.
Since you seem to be listing some nice other small homes. Check these out:

A genuine hobbit hole, in Wales, England. Some very beautiful shots.

While not a “tiny” home, the Solar Haven is a great example of a do-it-yourself eco-homestead. Every step and decision is carefully thought out and documented, from building a straw-bale home, installing a radiant floor heating system, choosing and installing both solar electric and hot water systems, and dealing with irate neighbors.
Thanks Kithera. I had not run across these before.
I am very interested in building a tiny home for myself and would like more information. Thank you
