As an exclusively 21-years and older park, this park is catering to adults to enjoy “children-free zone” and adult activities, such as wine-tasting/drinking, museums, shopping etc. Under the KOA franchise, the owners were unable to decline families with children, but they believe there is much demand for a park without children and as private owners, they have decided to open the adult-only park.

TIPS TO GET TO FREDERICKSBURG
Coming from the Waco/Fort Hood/Killeen, TX area, one can travel the I-35 South to Austin and then continue West on TX-290 toward Fredericksburg, TX. Many roads connect to Fredericksburg, although there are mostly small towns within a 20-mile radius (some being suburbs of Austin, TX). When traveling from San Antonio, TX, one can take the I-10 North and TX-87 to Fredericksburg as the easiest route for RVs.
