TIPS TO GET TO MOAB

There is one major highway that travels through Moab, UT and connects to the major roads from all directions: Highway 191. Travelers who come from the North pass through Salt Lake City and Provo, UT.

-When coming from Colorado from the East, one travels the Grand Army of the Republic Highway until it connects to Highway 191.

-For travelers coming from the South (Phoenix/Tuscon), the road to Moab crosses through Navajo Nation and through amazing landscapes.

The area is a magnet for anyone who loves the great outdoors and appreciates activities that engage with the rugged but magnificent surroundings. While this destination is best suited for adventurers who come for hiking, biking or canyoneering, those who are not as active or able can still participate and enjoy what the area has to offer by renting a Jeep or ATV to explore the many trails.
